Terms of service
Terms governing access to and use of Paxo.
Agreement and eligibility
These terms govern your access to Paxo's website, applications, and services. By using Paxo, you confirm that you can enter this agreement and, when acting for an organization, that you are authorized to bind it. Paid or enterprise services may also be governed by a signed order or service agreement; that agreement controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information. Do not misuse Paxo, access another tenant without authorization, interfere with security or availability, upload unlawful or malicious material, reverse engineer protected portions of the service, or use Paxo to violate another person's rights.
Your content and connected services
You retain ownership of content you place in Paxo. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to provide the service. You are responsible for having authority to submit it and to connect third-party accounts. Third-party services have their own terms, availability, and permissions. You may disconnect them at any time.
AI-assisted features
AI features can summarize information and propose work, but may be incomplete or incorrect. Review outputs before relying on them. Paxo keeps authorization and consequential business actions in typed, permission-checked application workflows; AI output alone does not authorize an action.
Text messaging terms
Paxo sends text messages only after the recipient provides the required consent for the described use. Message frequency varies with requested activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to end messages or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We may suspend messaging to protect recipients, comply with quiet hours, or meet legal and carrier requirements.
Fees, changes, and availability
Prices and subscription terms presented at purchase or in an order govern paid services. We may change or discontinue features and will provide notice when required. Preview, beta, and sample-data features may change and are not promised for production use. Scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control can affect availability.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Paxo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, nonpayment, security risk, unlawful use, or when required by law. Export and deletion follow the applicable service agreement, workspace policy, and legal retention duties.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, Paxo is provided without implied warranties not expressly stated in a signed agreement. Paxo is not a substitute for professional legal, accounting, safety, or compliance advice. Liability terms for paid customers are set in their applicable service agreement; rights that cannot legally be limited remain intact.
